The Heavenly Chronicle: Angels go down. Where do they go on from here?

Angels have managed to get hold of the top pick in the upcomming draft, but will be going down to II. We asked Revo what his plans are now.

Beckett:"hi Revo, thanks for giving us a bitt of time in your bussy schedule. First off, what are the plans for Angels futur?"
Revo:"We had several goals this season. One of them was to drastically reduce the ammount of foreign players in our squad, something which we have achieved. The second goal was to set up a team that would be ready to compete in II straight away. This too we have managed to do. We've got a very strong line up and are back-court is completely ready for BBBL return. The frontcourt is more than decent, but wouldn't be able to hold it's own in the BBBL yet. So next season, we hope to win some more money and will be looking to add one more big to the team when we go back up to the BBBL. Our 3rd goal, was to get our hands on some promissing youth players. J-J has developped well this season, and Frederik has joined our squad late and is comming allong nicely. At the moment, Frederik is the only none belgium in the squad and we hope to limit our foreign players just to him."

Beckett:"So next season, you'll be adding another big and that is it?"
Revo: " i never said that we'd add one next season. i said we'd look to add another big to the team when we go back up to the BBBL. there are some pretty decent teams in II, and i'm not going to underestimate them. They've got great potential and it isn't likely that they'll just roll over and give up on promotion if our team lands in there division. So we'll be looking for a big. and If we feel the time is right to add one, then we'll add a big to the team.

Beckett: "rumor has it that Fleeton might make a return to the Angels. How true are those rumors?"
Revo: "i'm not going to give any comments regarding possible players that might sign up. we've still got the off-season to go through, and it will depend on who is available when the time is right. If Fleeton is out there, then yes, he might come back to the Angels. But we're talking about stuff that will be going down at the end of next season. let's first see how next season plays out and we'll make decisions based upon what we know next season. More information will be released at the start of next season. time to do my job as a GM now."
