The Heavenly Chronicle: Marichal, the first new player of the new era?

AnA's headquarters have been plagued by reporters for nearly the entire season 19 off-season. First you had Fleeton, Dongwen, Blairon and many others that have left. After that, you have Lucien Leroy who leaves/flees the team. Lucien finally understood the importance of learning dutch and decided that he would be better of studying it in the Netherlands than in Belgium.

And just a few day's ago, we learned of the trade demand from Frederico Vino. What Frederico's status is remains unclear. Ottevaere has announced that he will be addressing the media once the headquarters have announced the final team and that he will be remaining with the team as team captain and this for a considerable ammount of seasons (mes que un club! he said).

Day's after Luciens departure, still no official news. And all of a sudden, a luxurius car arrives. And the guy getting out, is Wijnand Marichal, in Angels tenue, wearing jersey-number 27... And at long last, Manager Revo came out and said only 7 words: "This is our first new player, Marichal!"

Nobody was available for any other comments and so far no press conference was given. All that we do know? Is that more players will be arriving shortly!
