Mighty McFlynn breaks all time record

Aging Australian Power Forward Dwayne "The Manster" McFlynn created one more piece of history for himself in the early hours of this morning, moving to the outright lead in terms of career rebounds for the Australian team.
In his 149th match with the Aussie side, McFlynn pulled down 5 boards in a gutsy win to move to 1236, two clear of the long standing record holder, Rudolph Radford.
McFlynn is also comfortably the leading player in terms of games played for the Nation, more than a season clear of a couple of guards in Ryan McMillan and Jackson Mansfield as well as former teammate Simon Thomas and fellow aging member of the current side, Homer Dawes, who had a blinder this morning as well.
While you can hear both McFlynn and Dawe's old joints creaking from the other end of the court these days they've both been phenomenal servants to the Aussie team for many seasons and they will be hoping have a little juice left in the tank for at least one more hurrah before the end of this season.
With both likely to retire at season's end from International competition the Aussie side is on the hunt for literally "the next big thing".
