Hongjing hit's 100th long bomb

Last weekend's clash saw star Aussie guard Du "It" Hongjing drain his 100th 3 pointer at International level. He becomes just the sixth player in Australian history to achieve the milestone and the second fastest, behind D. Bana. When longtime teammate Ash Helo was quick to smirk it's east to hit a bunch of shots if you never pass the ball, a clearly stung Hongjing countered by pointing out he is the only only one of the six to also average more than 4 assists per game, with only all time leading scorer Frederick Davidson the only other one to average more than 3 assists per game.
With at least two games remaining in this season he looks on track to break at least one more barrier, needing just 27 more points to join team captain Dwayne McFlynn as the only active player to have scored more than 1000 career international points, while the 300-assist mark is also under threat.
Veteran big man Homer "Security" Dawes is also creeping up on the 1000-point mark, but would need to go huge in his remaining games this season to get over the line in Season 52.
His side wouldn't be disappointing if he did, with two massive games to come in the next two weeks.
The Aussies would love to get a win in both without expending too much energy to stay fresh for the playoff rounds and they'll be hoping Dawes gets open often at one end and locks it down at the other as much as possible.
