Crash the Boards

So for another season the Parrots franchise has been noteworthy for little else but Italian big man superstar Gabriele Turbato who played an excellent campaign, running at proficient game shape almost all the time, powering his club through the successful relegation series (22705432) and leading NT-Italy in scoring in the narrowly lost World Cup semifinal against Spain (10771). And second place for the Meidling Parrots in the national tournament has been the biggest success for the club so far in a competition.
With Turbato's season 13 salary expected close to 500k, the future lies in building cheap but efficient guards and doing everything possible to make the Big Guy shine. Local talents Johannes Salmen and Johann Haas will have to shoulder increasing responsibilities as much of the remaining roster is quickly approaching their thirties.
And so, after a season without a single injury, let's hope that luck will stay with the birdies for another year of spectacular basketball in Meidling!

Congratulations on a successful season and on training one of the best players in the world. Hats off to you.
