just getting started

Firstly I'd like to find out who the person was that gave me the negative vote already. I haven't got the job 12hrs and someone thinks i'm doing a bad job. I know they will read this so they may as well own up and not be a coward, If after the first season you want to criticize me go ahead, but we haven't even played a game! fell free to PM me or comment back here, which ever you want!

Right now that that's done with i'm glad to say that we have a good team this year. Some very solid up and coming talent and some old regulars. It's good to see the youth come through.
The bad news is that the draw we have got this year is an uphill battle to say the least! But you never know what might happen!
