Excuse me! Were is Serbia?:-) .... I'm joking :D
25; Serbia; $9,150,361 (77.1%); 41,870,700 (75.0%)

High salaries can also prove about mismanagement of money :) BTW Salaries are changing during the season.
A completely fair point and I agree. That was the reason I proposed to use average bbstats and standard deviation for each league members' competitive games (including cup games).

I think league is as strong as 3-4 best teams from this league. It doesn't so important how high salary have teams number 15 or 16.
I don't agree with this. I think you just need 1 team better than yours and even if you have the second best team in BB, you may not win anything. Using 3 or 4 is convenient to proving your point but it is not the core of the problem. Why not use 1 or 2 or 8 teams then? For one, winning in a league with a dominant team with all the key NT players would be even harder. Also, leagues where the bottom teams are stronger are generally more challenging in my opinion: it's harder to manage minutes (less garbage time) and it's also harder to mix up the lineups to win both league games in a week.

Let's choose the best 2-3 teams from each country and compete in Private League :D Let's solve it on the pitch:-)
I'm not familiar with how private league games work, whether it's affected by Enth, but I assume they are affected at least by GS. As I said to your fellow countryman, if you sterilised enth and GS and did a league like that you'd probably find the best teams, not necessarily the best league and not even the best manager (as you'd take away key parts of team management). Unless we all agree that the best league is the league with the top 2 teams, as far as players go.

I'd agree with you that they could remove home court from BBB and use an ad hoc enthusiasm which is built up on BBB games independently from league games. This would somewhat level the playing field, although it would still be down to chance to get opponents that you could TIE in BBB...

OMG. You don't have a sense of humour Of course I know Serbia have the best team in the world. I never undermined it...but I would like to notice we are not talking about the best team in the world now

Anyway I just wanted to show that positioning leagues based on salaries isn't perfect way to find the best league.

Als ik dit topic zie; (264241.31) hebben wij voor dat kleine landje dat we zijn toch wel een forse competitie.

Gemiddeld salaris = 649158. Dus total 649158*16 = 10,386,528. 11e plek!

The Netherlands have 10,386,528.

Only in the dark, we succeed!

The top Polish teams play at a consistently super-high level. I played one of them in a Private game without really looking after my GS, enthusiasm or setting appropriate tactics and got absolutely battered. A lot of leagues, I could do the same thing and win.

I suspect the German league may be the toughest 1-16, but I wouldn't know how to prove it.

There is a luck factor in B3 as well as the draw can kill some pretty strong teams and as we've seen in the last few seasons home court may prove to be the key factor in many match-ups. I think WR are dragged by a random component of luck in B3 and there are teams winning a trophy who go in rebuilding mode right after (and are not competitive the following season).

So average WR will mostly highlight countries with world class teams, but it does not tell you anything about the remaining 14 teams who are not in the B3 tournament. To me the only reasonable metric is average bbstats by league and variance/standard deviation (for leagues with similar average the one with the lowest variance would normally be harder to win).

If you take WR as a metric, you will have to explain the paradox leagues with bots ranking higher than leagues with only human managers...
