Gunners Humbled And Honoured

A career winding down before our eyes had perhaps one final glint.
Team captain Michael Braier, on the doorstep of 37 and after 13 years has risen back up to division I.
He took this team on his back from Division IV.
Helped in the building that took the franchise to Division II.
Now as an off the bench spare but a dressing room guru he has risen with the Gunners to a dream.
Seven seasons and a berth in the esteemed Naismith for the HT Gunner and mates.
"I just feel badly for Jimi (Meilink)" said Braier of another 30 something former teamate that had to be sold to afford the final piece in Bratislav Canovic when bidding got things boiling at the deadline.
Braier earns a 6th title, 3rd with the Gunners, and at least one in the top 4 divisions.
"It's about the kids now but I'm looking to just step on a division I court once more"
