That's entirely untrue. Joshua MacKersey was the most trained player last season, never missed his full 48 mins all season long. Unfortunately, his age is now 25 and his potential is also quite limited. For this reason, I'd rather concentrate on hot prospects such as:

Daniel MacMaurice (49690850)
Rick Gossett (49690892)
Blane Neil (49988171)

If properly trained, these guys will become beasts and NT stars in less than 5 seasons. Unfortunately, my other trainee is not Scottish.

In my opinion, MacKersey could still be a nice rotational addition to the squad for three positions /C, PF and even SF/. His ratings for NT last season were quite good as well. I'll keep his game shame optimal, but can't guarantee he'll be getting many pops this season.

Well, then sorry. I was very happy at the beginning with the pops and his gameshape was almost always perfect, which resulted in him starting almost every game. I have seen a couple of pot 7 players with way more inside-skills than him. But since potential also does have sub, he might just have 7.0 instead of 7.99 . And I share your opinion that for now he‘s very important as a backup for the NT. So thanks for training him.

And it‘s great that a couple of you guys get more involved with the NT now. That‘s really promising and I hope to see results soon!

I agree, you have a logical reasoning. To effectively conduct IS and ID training, you need to have three training slots in the team. You already have experience of effectively training big guys. However, there is a problem that the development of effective big players for the level of U21 and for the level of NT is different. For the U21 level, it is enough just to have the maximum possible RB, IS, ID. At the NT level, at least PS and OD are already being added. However, at the moment it is so bad with the big guys that I will be glad of any replenishment and an increase in choice. Thank you for the comment, I wish quality progress for your youth

I'm currently training One-on-One for Forwards. I think they might have some nice development in the next 4-5 seasons.

until the age of 20, this is normal, so you can get more additional TSP while the youth coach helps in training. However, the players will not be as effective for the u21 team

We played the first match against the Italian team. Well, they showed us our place.
Before the match, there was not a very good alignment, only 2 players in the form of 9 and 4 players in the form of 8. Besides, Spens failed in the form of 6. Among the 12 players in the application for the game, I did not take MacLymont, Corbet, MacKersey. They are all in form 7, I am waiting for the best.
About the match, I would like to miss less, but the opponent's fast pace was read. A very large percentage of three-pointers from the opponent, perhaps it was worth playing zone defense. We will try other tactics in the attack, the standard one was not very successful

Great! It's not too late to train MacMaurice. If you train him properly (1 on 1 is good for now) he'll become a great player. That's also why he's now a part of the U21 national team.

We played the second match of the group against Hungary.
Our team approached the game in good shape. Almost all the players of the team spent the optimal number of minutes last week. Four players also received upgrades to their skills. I removed MacArthur (there was a transfer), MacKersey, MacLymont from the application for the game. As an attacking tactic, I exposed Patient, which the coach often used last season. Also, I did not guess the accent of the opponent's attack. As a result, we played 141-108, which is pretty good. In defense, the situation did not get better, we conceded even more points than with Italy. But in attack, the tactics really proved to be good, the throws flew well. Due to the large difference in skills, it is advantageous for us when the attack goes through our best attacking players. Our bench played especially well.
The next match is with Belgium. I would really like to play with them at a similar level.

Well done so far, TRUF. It'll still take some time to win games on a regular basis but it's good to hear that the players continue to improve for the most part. I am still a big fan of Lyle. Not only because he seems to be made for the Patient tactic but because he really is approaching top level. I hope that Fitchy will get a couple of more pops before his cap shuts him down.

Unfortunate that Duffy is on the TL because Nils somehow didn't get his finances together and his whole team was put up for sale. But since Duffy is only a good backup at best for the next 2+ seasons, that's not too bad, I guess.

Great to see Boyd start a game, still some way to go for him but I guess in about 2 seasons, he'll already be one of the pillars for the team. Also great to see MacShimes in perfect gameshape ...

We still need to find a couple of bigmen, though. That'll take some time ...
