Indonesia U21 National Team Election Speech

Hi, plusldn here - candidate in the upcoming U21 National team election.

I notice from the other candidates that I am the lowest ranked, however that is partly explained by my main enjoyment from the game coming from training players rather than buying them. Over the last few seasons I have trained more than half a dozen players for their respective U21 national teams, including last seasons starting Indonesia U21 SF Reza Uteh. I am also training a couple of other Indonesian players who will hopefully make future U21 squads.

I have already scouted all eligible players for the team using NTSO, apart from the most recent draftees.

If I am unsuccessful in my bid to be manager, I am happy to help out whoever is elected as a scout etc. if they require any assistance.
