Sorry, I just saw your reply!

When I do Group demonstration, there usually are 8-10 5 star prospects. I scout them all and put 4 and 5 star potential ones to the top. I usually get 3 or 4 good potential draftees on the top. Then if I have some leftover points, I scout some more, but with very little luck. Usually the best I find are among the Group demonstration candidates.

All 3 of my HOF draftees were 19 YO, since I draft by potential. 18 YO are better cause you get 2 years of Youth trainer, but this season 19 YO draftees get a bump in skills to make them more appealing. If you plan to train long term, 19 YO ones are OK.

Hope this helps!

Hello all,

If doing a home grown method, when will the Fan Survey of the "Manager is doing best they can to improve team" Ball go above the .5 ball?

Ive bought good staff, ive improved the arena, but Its still at .5 balls.

Just wondering! Thanks!

I have the same problem, I guess it's because I don't spend the $8M I have in the bank

This is my 5th season being homegrown and as you see your players improve, each victory is enjoyed twice as much. You experience the draft as a life or death event and the economy flies, allowing you to have top employees and infrastructure.

Fantastic! Best of luck to you!!!

What are your thoughts on the first infrastructure to build?

I am going to do the free throw one, (i am sure its not the best one to start) But I am thinking If imma have these guys for a decade +, getting a passive boost on FT is nice.

I remember when I played ball, our coached always made us practice free throws any time we could.

A homegrown team has to be very efficient in training, so the Gym and the free throw court would be my first choice.

+1 with the advices above.
I would add a nutritionnist in order not to train Stamina. It costs 10k-15k (for lvl 4) a week but is very useful on long term.
