Hi Ebene,

The enthusiasm is very important in this game. I hope that a good use and the court factor gives us that extra we need.

I do not know the players we have but, in normal conditions, I would start with 10/12 players and add depending on the circumstances.

Regards,
jtot

Like i said, i was in the staff of France NT in season 49, France U21 in season 50 (bronze medal / European Tournament) and I was Lubnan NT coach for 4 seasons : if i do such mistakes, i'll just have to quit the game ^^. And i would not get the results that i had ...

How many players will you select to begin the competition?

10 or 12 players to start

This is somehow giving ammunition to the enemy. But I understand it is difficult to stop a training program.

To be honest kevincecarter (Sénégal NT Manager) was one of my mentor as i started the game and we keep talking together
But be sure that i will be 100% commited to your NT

Managing a NT and managing a club is something different i think : in a NT, you do not have to deal with economy, staff, arena etc for example

Training players is what i prefer in BB. But winning games with players you help growing is a real pleasure for everyone (NT Manager and Club managers) : with Lubnan, we started 75 to be 50 now ... and some players are playing now in top leagues

Hi DonnyTheWay,

I do not know the French level but in the case of Spain there is a lot of difference between being in the first and third division.

As I said in the presentation of my candidacy, I led South Africa in season 31 (African runner-up) and 32 (poor World Cup presence).
Also, I have managed Tounes in season 27 and 28 with a risky strategy. In season 27 I bet on young players and not to go through the group stage to get the court in season 28 in the consolation tournament. It was risky but it worked out well.
