We have played only 6 matches until now, 1 friendly and 5 official matches. From these, we have lost against Netherland, Estonia and Switzerland that are better than us and the only unlucky match was against Greece, where we have dominated 3 periods, and in the final (4th) we have lost the game. Then we have won in a friendly against Island and in an official game with Russia. We have to play another 2 matches, against Malta and Bosnia&Herzegovina, but i still dont understand this popularity of me as a coach of Albanian National Team, here in Buzzerbeater. Is it only from the match with Grecce? I dont know...

----> You won, but it was tie game up to 4th quarter... you went 2-3 zone, they are unpredictable, you should have gone man-man, you would've won by way more points
---> this game was bad idea to play CT because now your enthusiasm is low agianst a weak opponent and they might end up beating you.. that won't help your popularity at all...

Game against Eesti:
Shqipëria put more into this game than Eesti.
--> why? you got destoryed. it would be better to just improve enthusiasm, play TIE, and take the loss

Game against Nederland:
Shqipëria put more into this game than Nederland.

I don't mean to be rude. If you ever have questions about tactics I will help you just BB-mail me... but you have alot to learn that is why the popularity is low...

Up until now, you only made 2 logical moves... the game against hellas you played CT, thats a good idea but you lost because your enthusiasm was too low (should have played TIE the 2 games before) and the game against Schweiz you played TIE because it was clear you had no chance....

EVERY OTHER MOVE WAS BAD... you got to understand that a team like Shqiperia does not have the luxury to play normal in many games... you got to "pick your poison" you got to play TIE in some games where you don't have a chance and increase enthusiasm so you can play normal and CT on games where you do have a chance and actually win!!!!

If i had your team this season, I would of guaranteed at least 2 maybe 3 wins by now... and I would of guaranteed at least 4 maybe 5 wins by the whole season...

the way i see it, you will be lucky to get 2 wins the whole season...

up until now, i mentioned one aspect of the NT game: ENTHUSIASM - this aspect you did poorly in, the other aspects i can't evaluate... there are many more aspects such as analyzing your opponent, playing around with your lineup to make sure you have the best mix of experience, game shape, actual ability...

you are NT coach, you don't have to worry about recruitment just tactic selection. I personally voted No in the popularity. Also, this is the reason I did not vote in this election...

BUT ITS OK. it is your first try, people like Juxhini and Desa had many seasons and they still didnt get many things right haha. Learn this season and hopefully next season you can get a couple more wins and try to get re-elected. I will help you next season if you need assistance with tactics.
