Untrained young players

Almost halfway through the regular season it is necessary to make some evaluations. Unfortunately some players have not been trained well by their coaches and many of them have gone to waste and will never come in to strengthen the main national team.
The worst regret is Pin Woong, he had all the skills necessary to become a Small Forward like Chanh Luu, now in the first team, but the first coach left the game, the second insisted on coaching him from the center, ruining him, and the current coach ignores my emails and doesn't train him at all.
Looking at the others, they are likely to get strong for next season.
I hope next season can be better than this one.

yeah, we have sometimes the same problem...

but how about a scrimmages with our U20 teams?
