After a massive scouting initiative where resources thrown everywhere in the search for hometown talent, a disappointing scouting report revealed that none of the talents had the potential to be trained as franchise players. This came after initially learning that about 3/4 of the 48 future draftees were 18 year olds -- a record maybe? -- and with only five possessing what scouts call 5 ball skills... and none having more than 3 ball potential, the Saints will have to rethink their plans for next season.
"The season was designed to position the team to land a great talent," said Westri in an interview with local reporters. "We'd probably have to look at other options next season. We will have a spot open up to train a big man, while we start filling up our backcourt with quality players. We need to bring playoff basketball to this city."
