The Wizards started the upgrding their roster yesterday following the disappointment of losing in the playoffs. Alkis Maladenis who averaged a double double in scoring and rebounding was signed from the Cyprus national team. He'll be competing for the SF spot with allstars Flett and Tilley. The Wizards have freed up about £400,000 extra to spend on players this season so expect more signings soon.
