New Management

U21-DavidM has been by far the best manager the u21 team has ever had so we thank him for all his great efforts

but he is a very busy man & it was time for a change and so there is new management

i am new to the u21 team but not 2 barbados as i ran the senior team for a couple of seasons that were their most successful ever (although the new coach Beeblebrox is also doing really well)

so now it is the u21 team

there is a lot to do scouting making a team contacting managers & geting training plans organised

but i also need u

if u are redaing this then it means u are interested in the barbados u21 team so there are a number of things you can do

if you have a barbados player train him well single position with a level 5 + trainer

if you dont have a barbados player get 1 & start training

if you can't train i could still do with people that r willing to scout or mentor other managers

id love to hear from you

so thanks everyone for your time and good luck barbados
