Season 18 Asia Champions! After many seasons of trying to reach the top, the U21 Pilipinas are finally crowned as Champions! I hope many managers are inspired to train young Filipino talents to maintain this title for the next seasons.

U21 pool is currently evaluating players good for next season's roster. We encourage everyone to take part on mentoring new teams and encouraging them to train youth players to be included in the youth pool. We need to remind everyone that Philippine U21 selection is getting low in our usual standards and prioritizing youth training can help our U21 compete for future seasons

Please don't hesitate to ask help on our local forums regarding training. Active managers are on standby and are more than welcome to help. Please submit also your trainee's skill set along with their age, salary, and potential through the U21 manager's BB mail.

18yo >> 4000 - 7000 salary
19 yo >> 9000 or more (C-PF salary); 7000 or more (SF-SG-PG salary)
20 yo >> 17000 or more (C-PF salary); 10000 or more (SF-SG-PG salary)
21yo >> 29000 or more (C-PF salary); 18000 or more (SF-SG-PG salary)

If your youth player have met the salary required by the NT Pool, send skillset and other info to the U21 coach.

Not sure if you are active still but I have a Filipino player (28119019) with strong shooting stats. I feel he'd be a good fit on the U21 National Team. Keep in mind I am training my young players like Ricson Paz.
