I am from France, as yours my team is terrible but i'm Lucky with my 4K franchise player 18 years old player

I don't really know what to do to be competitive in a new league but it's an exciting challenge!

I am from Poland. Hello to everybody!

I spent some time today and bought some scrubs trying to be competetive. We will see tomorrow for the first time what we can do.

Any ideas how the league will be handled? Only 1 team advance to 3rd division? As I guess they need 16x16 = 256 teams for 3rd division. I don't know how many 4th leagues are there, because I have error while accesing 'league list' page at Utopia. But it says there's 1087 teams, so it should be 68 leagues. Not too much...

Any ideas?

For the promotion to D.3 i think there will be 1 team by D.4 league, and then they will fill with the best remaining teams.
