I set this thread up for users to comment on the season in general, players, and how to get involved in player development.

I've used this and it seems pretty accurate.

@Billy - Is this based on a level 4 level trainer?

@Parappa - If you are interested in training please see this U21 training guide adapted from the original guide created by Rhymin Simon. http://bit.ly/1csDyFI

I think it is.... I look at this (78242.1) to see what training one position will do for other positions. I use it for a basic guide, basic that is.

Good work mon. I tend to use a higher level trainer but I have almost $12m in the bank so $$$ aren't really a problem. So if you ever need me to bid on someone to help the team out in any way just ask.

1/5/2014 Total West Indies cash reserves: $ 11 935 684

Always looking for great trainees but can only do 3 at a time normally & like I say I do like Waterworth, Ward & Commander right now.

Wow, thats a lot of money! I have a level 5 trainer...

There isnt anyone right now worth your troubles. I know a guy who is going to bid to win Tam Moir (31372567) to train him with guidance from me, my brother in law. Hes new to BB and if he goes bot Ill have him sell him. But he will be trained if won by him for sure. We dont have many players to pick from obviously so Im hoping we get a core of trainees and trainers together and then build upon that next draft if possible. I will prolly bid to win a Barbados young stud next season if one becomes avalible.

Worstteamever has been a huge help so far along with thestarks training a stud 18 year old. I have been in contact with several managers that are training U21 NT players each week :-) and the owner of Tam I guess decided to sell him after I asked lol. Mix has been a helpful advice giver for sure, hopfully we get a few wins this year. Im looking at our schdule and with training I think we can improve.

Thanks for the offer to train, I think next season Ill ask for some help! You the man!

@Billy - Moir at 19yo PAS with only 47 skpts isn't much of a long term prospect for helping the NT IMO.

Do you have the TSP/Cap plugin installed from the offsite? It gives you all those totals right away. You can find it on the offsite on the top thread, the third addon down. http://s3.zetaboards.com/BuzzerBeater_USA_NT/topic/742754...

If you have local managers working with you then do what you can to help them with the draft. They should be saving max points right now to save the next big time Barbadian.

What's Patterson's (31798612) skills looking like in terms of TSP and what not. That could be a promising NT because of the potential. He comes to market pretty soon.

You know... I agree but to get these few players trained is what we need.

You say something that gives me hope, Patterson coming to market? If his owner goes bot he'll hit the transfer list?

Jump Shot: mediocre Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: prominent Handling: pitiful
Driving: awful Passing: pitiful
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: average ↑
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: inept Free Throw: pitiful

I think Patterson will make a better trainee than Moir. That OD is is looking nice but he does need more guard skills for sure. I would love to get our hands on him.

He's up for sale... Any takers? I see someone already bid. I think my brother in law will bid on him instead of Tam Moir. Thoughts?

Ya, I'd be more inclined to focus on Patterson as the keeper, depending on how he can be worked into a training plan. He has the height to go PG/SG/Outside oriented SF. His sums are Cap: 11.62 (24 to 26), Skill Points: 48 (27/21). Which is pretty behind but it's early enough in the season to get him toward 60 TSP by seasons end.

Did you send an alert to Windies about him? He might could do something with him. He is a year behind but that OD is off the charts.

I'm in the negative right now and also train bigs. I do have him bookmarked though and will keep an eye. Great job on cutting down your roster for the long haul.

On your game today, not a bad showing. I'd say Tunna had a decent game if it wasn't for 5 TOs. Interesting that you pulled so many boards from the SF pos. Too bad about that GDP fumble, it could've been closer had you got that and the defensive tactic choice right. I'm interested in next weeks match. Will try to tune in.

I was watching US21 vs. Bahamas. BAH coach ran CT/LI and was crushed by 51 (26920). From the sub pattern seemed like he blank lineup'd it too.
