Hi everyone,

After a lousy season for the U21, caused by a lack of good players and a training-gap,
the sun is beginning to shine for the future. Let's forget this season fast.

We only had 2 wins, and a lot of lost games. Time to turn that around with this squad next season:

I've had a look at the draft-results and selected all the 7,8,9 and 10-potentials.

The 'results':

Potential 10
4 players, 1x 18y and 3x19y. Avg. 46 TSP Tallest player 201cm

Potential 9
4 players, all 19y. Avg. 52 TSP 2x 206cm.

Potential 8
7 players, 2x 18y and 5x 19y. Avg. 48,4 TSP. 1x 216 cm

16 players, 4x 18y and 12x 19y. Avg. 48,3 TSP.

There are 24 level 6-players (16x 18y; 8x 19y), won't scout them but will watch the DMI.

Besides these new draftees there are currently 47 players on my shortlist, able to reach the U21.
Most of them are PG / SG. The tall players are mostly trained to be 'all-round'. This means that they
get trained on Handling / Passing / Drive instead of the inside-skills.

I hope and expect to get some good results with the current squad !
