Looks like it's a hard coded limit. 10000 for lower tier and 50000 for bleachers. My personal opinion is that it is enough.

thanks for ur response !!Im fine with that situation!!

but its not balanced very well ?!? i cann easily sell 10k lower tier but i never never will sell 30k bleachers or 40k oooooor 50k :-)))

Then why don't you lower the price so that you can sell more? 19$ is too much!!!!!!
But make sure that with the reduction you always earn more than what you're making now.
