Yeah I meant a pop in any skill, not the same skill. Sorry for the confusion, I thought the OP meant if it was possible to get a skill pop once a week regardless of what skill it was.

how about passing, it does not have a perfect height? does it mean passing is a slow skill to train?

Yeah i think passing trains faster for shorter players.

Well I have had my rookie for 20 weeks now.

How have you had a rookie for 20 weeks if it's mid-season in a 14 week season?

Edit: Contradict Naker Virus get one balled.

I think he means "trainee" not "rookie".

And should that be the case, it's possible. If that's what he meant, I also have had 2 of my trainees for 20 weeks; they're second year players.

It isn't mid season yet. There have been 6 weeks of this season.
So 14 + 6 = 20 weeks.
He was my draftee last season. So he is now 19 years old, and unless I've miscounted, that is 20 weeks.

What Chris meant is, you said rookie, he's a second year player, is he not? then he's a trainee, not a rookie. He's just getting technical about it- I'd not bother arguing with him about it if I were in your boat.

My rookie that I have drafted this year has had 7 pops this season. Im not sure what week we are in, but i believe it is 6. in that case, i have averaged more than 1 pop a week. But I do not get a pop every week, just was lucky and hit good sublevels.

It also depends on the starting point. There is much more difficult to train a player from lvl 7 to 12 than from 1 to 6
