OD to prominent and Passing to Proficient would be a good starting point.

I would consider a little 1v1 forwards/guards to get his handling to proficient/prominent and then OD to prolific/sensational. It has been suggested that the elastic effect from handling will help most other guard skills. However, it has also been suggested that OD also has an effect on handling. Thus, you can probably work on both at the same time too.
OD will help him to become more competitive.
Nice trainee btw!

You must also notify us of this guys potential and height , before any one can give you a favourable training plan. Yes we could just go look ourselves but if you want the help you should put the relevant details
