I believe BB is a new user friendly game. Offcourse you can not just get to the 1 division in 3 seasons, but with the help of forums, experienced players and a little dedication you can succeed quite quick or at least build a team that is capable of coping for the play-offs. I started the game in the season 14 and am already one of the stronger II. division teams:D

Just because you explained your proposal doesn't mean it's not ridiculous. You are saying that assets should be reset and larger teams should lose everything they worked hard for. That is ridiculous. Weaker teams should just work hard so can they can reach the level of the higher teams. I can show you several examples around the world of newer managers that have climbed to the top division.
I like that you have many ideas but you need to realize when you are wrong...

Check the Suggestions they are important

Well, Homer "gave me strength", and I tested the Spanish first division (again, just the "great 8").

And again I was just totaly "amazed" to find, again, that the newest team in this conference had been a team from season 4 !!!

13 seasons passed from season 4, and not even one team had been able to compete (againa) with current "competative system".

[Sarcasm]How can I argue that there is a problem with current system?[/Sarcasm]

So you say that these Spanish Teams - nearly all of them went from Div V to I in their career - are not at the top because they know how to play but only because they started early? In a country with over 4000 users getting to the top you won't be able to get to the top if you are not a good manager

How about you first PLAY for sometime and promote to the top instead of whining that its unfair that older teams have an advantage because they used their time to build up a strong team?

This is not a marathon, it's basketball so allow me to use a more realistic comparison. Tell me, at which point in time will the NBA reset?
So now after I prove that the marathon example (one of you) gave works even better as one of my argument, it is not valid? Interesting...

The marathon's comparison argument stands.

Anyhow, on the NBA there are soft and hard cap.

This season saw the rise of a team which was started in season 7 to the top. Like I said, all it takes is proper long term planning to get to the top, old team or new team. Look at Australia as well. Focusing on one or two league suggests something, but cannot be used as proof.
1) Regarding the Austrakian ABBL league I already written.
2) So there is finally a team from season 7 in your first league, and none from the 10 seasons ended afterwards, and you call it a competative system? Interesting once again...

This is even w/o taking a look what happened to those older teams.
Did they left the game or something else?

1)
Everytime a top team writes something against your proposals, you are accusing them they are against it solely because your changes would affect them the most.
I'm not accusing anyone. I'm stating a fact - those teams as something to lose from a system change to a more competative system.

2)
There is a card game, called Magic
Not relevant. A simple game is not what was subjected in this thread.
A competative game is something altogether different.

3)
I hope you are not blindsided by your anger towards all people who are proving you wrong
Not angry.
Not blindsided.
And definately had not been proved wrong even once.
I brang facts, that all those who have something to gain just didn't relate once to them. And ofcourse there is no correlation or connection between this two...

4) Two leagues that I've looked at have proved the same - neither on the spanish nor the Greman legues did the "great 8" conference on the DIV-1 league had a SINGLE team from seasons 5-17 (13 seasons) !!!
This proves that it is not about time to get to the first league, but time to wait for users to get bored from this game and leave it, in order for them to take their place.

5) The "cap" suggetsion and the "sudden career-ending-injury" are taken from basketball world.
They are not making the game easier.
They do make the game more competative.

And now the question is why you (and others with the same story) are against it?
And here we are closing a circle with my first point on this message...

1) Explain how in two different leagues - the Spanish and the German there was no team newer than from season-4 at the "great 8" conference on the Div-I league.

2) Great. Another user from season-3 lecturing me about how the game is so competative, and how is the fact that he is in the first division is regardless to that fact.

And I forgot to mention one more thing. There has been already soft cap as incomes are limited.
Great!!!
You said it is already there in a different form, so you have no reason to be against adding a REAL soft-cap. Don't you?

And no, this is not a soft-cap.
In soft-cap the teams who are above it (AKA - are above leagues average players+stuff value) pay for those who are below it.
And this is why you are so against the last, but has no problem with the first.
And by that you are proving one of my claims here regardung the reason a user from season-3 is against a more competative system.
