"As The Malaysian U21 NT Coach", comment il se la pète ^^

C'est pas comme si j'avais souvent l'occasion de me la péter... and that's why I didn't mention the 41 points loss against France 2 seasons ago.

I'm currently training a player to be somehow similar to Mathy but I didn't think a perennial all star could have so many skill points. My player is so far from what Mathy is that he is an example to follow. I hope I can do something as good as you did. In fact, I can say I prefer your player that the imaginary players proposed as he has some strengths which make him better than the balanced build proposed.

Would you sacrifice rebounds, JR, JS, passing?

Of course, something like this would be great:

There are players on a TL that have DR 19-20 & PA 2-3, so even if his PA is 8 now, I don't think PA will be more than 9 at the end, especially if it's not lower than JR, RB and SB, cause elastic effect would have to be spread on those skills as well.
Actually, all 3 players are just between PG & PF salary formula

One thing that REALLY bugs me about people training is the gulf they have between JS and JR, whats the point having a guy who has a 16 JS but can't shoot past the paint? It's pointless. Sacrifice some of his 1v1 and add JR, or reduce his JS. I've trained three guys who have gone on to be good shooters and every time there JS and JR have been very close in ratings, 14 JS, 12 JR, for example.

JR only has a big impact IMHO on three-point shots. If you are designing an inside/neutral team, it could make more sense to distribute skill points to something other than JR like DR/PA which are cheap on a SF.

I just drafted two Perennial Allstars, with their heights and skills they would make a great SF/PF pair in the future. How would you build them?

Alan Francis (37094256)

Potential: perennial allstar
Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: awful
Driving: awful Passing: pitiful
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: respectable
Experience: atrocious

Lewis Johnson (37094271)
Age: 18
Height: 7'1" / 216 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Jump Shot: average Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: awful
Driving: atrocious Passing: awful
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: atrocious Free Throw: respectable
Experience: pitiful

Thanks in advance
