The issue is the same as before, something breaks the calculation of the fan survey. But, it doesn't happen every time, it's random, which makes it hard to predict, investigate and finally, fix. We will, however, recalculate it's ill-effects.

Hi Marin,

Thank you, the figures are re-calculated. However, I have another problem.

After seeing the drop in attandance, I decreased my prices thinking about the post all-star effect (since I'm a newly promoted team). The new calculations are made with the new prices, which are lower than the originals.

276.010 is the figure I should get, but I got 233.730.

And I assume that people got more/less revenue, if they changed prices too.

About the refunds:

I've changed my ticket prices quite drastically after seeing that empty arena and the new ticket profit was calculated using new prices, not the ones set before the game.

In the end I still lost about 30k lol

@Shadow: Thanks, seems to have run correctly this time.

@Others: Yes, the new prices were used but the calculations do take into account the drop, so they offset the attendance numbers relatively to that. It is one point where my "fix" could have been better, I see that now, as we do have historical price data for most teams.

I truly don't understand these calculations and can't help but think about it being the reason I lost a lot of money last couple of games. Just saying.
