Ok, but common non-negligible aspect of RL player's salary are various bonuses for pts, appearances etc. This could be projected as a reduction of the salary in BB.

I would like to have beside tactics in match report, maybe between parenthesis, something like (I , <) So i understand that that tactic is about inside focus and decreased pace

It would help newbies or just forgetfuls people like me to memorize tacticts, increase speed in scouting...

It's enough to use I, O, N for inside, outside or normal focus and <,>,= for decreased, increaased or normal pace

-insurance fee might be included in the salary :)
-injury subs sound good but I am afraid of the Game Shape drop after the purchase of the player

Add to "Team History" a summary as:
- number of seasons per division
- number of seasons per tournament round
- number of seasons per BBM tournament tier / round / wins
