I would just start over with a new team. It's going to be hard to wipe out that much debt.

In general the advice from before is good; to spend more on your arena, less on transfermarket and read up a bit about Game shape management and enthousiasm management. Also read up a bit on training and start playing scrimmages to have 3 games a week in which you can train multiple trainees and improve your team.
The thing that really finally killed you was buying Carlucci and Parn both for their transferprice and following salary. After that you had to pay interest on your debt and the way down continued.
So what to do now?
1) You could delete this team and start a new one after 6 weeks but I personally wouldn't want to wait 6 weeks.
2) Wait for the draft and get 3 more players from there. Then start training these players and slowly build up your team again. If you get above 0 you can buy a few more players but choose some cheap players with low salary. That way you can save up some money for your arena expansion. This all will take some time but it will be enjoyable to see your new draftpicks improve by training them well.

You could also hope to score a gem in the draft and sell him for a bundle. You might be able to get above water that way. If not, I would consider the six-week reset if I felt I learned from my mistakes.

sad to see. I think arena is best thing to do in the lower leagues. Pour your money into that, not at one time but over time. Build 1-2 players just train with them 1 position training. Just don't go to the market because it noe treally needed right now.
Give all your players 5-7 season of time to play.. Don't just work the market for skill and potents because the prices will bankrupt you. The market is outlandish in cost right now.. You will be buying more player than you can afford thus losing 50-100K every time.. Thats a lot of money that could be saved for the higher leagues of play or expanding your area... If work it right you can have at least 8 million in 3 league by the time your get there. if you save. and if you let the natural spending take it course.
Always have a back up plan to get out of a fix. Building arena is the best insurance policy on BB hands down ,not selling or buying youth and olds. That money may look good and feel goo. but trust me arena income is the best insurance policy. Also saving money its very important. Giving your player time to play on the team don't swap them out like toilet tissues. Let them make you some money.
Set your arena price to the talent you have,( bad talent= low prices) also look around you in the league and set the price to that or slightly lower than that. Don't worry about selling every seat out. I not nessary as long your profiting an player getting better is what counts. just turn all cost off this season and keep them all of them off them off the next as well.. Don't sign anything. Do arena from time to time in very low amounts and seats. and just train 1~2 player in 1vs1

Please don't just train one to one. Defense is important, and it'll depend on your trainee/s. Passing, rebounding, I've even heard scoring is important in basketball.

Were did you get 3 season from??> I said by the time he gets to 3 division he can 8 million. This is if he saves.
@BigR train 1 vs one and build that player to your liking of what you want and don't listen to a lot of the negative replies. The same people being negative are same people in the Gm and the owner ear to tax us to death. It one of reason why you hit debt. This it was never the case in the past in such natures of the game in these numbers of people hitting debt.
Maybe not directly put you in debt, but a lot what they say is hurting the game. they want taxes at every turn for sake of training and it hurting teams such as your to build a winner it also hurting every one in cost to build a winner . If want a winner save. build arena. and do sum 1vs one trains and 2 spot training nothing more of less. Just play smart
All the defensive/offensive training raise player cost to afford , yes you must do this but be smart. if you raise to many players to quickly the cost will put you be back in debt again because you lack the arena and revenue to afford them the way market is going no one will buy. Train 1 guy trust me. I honestly trust in having in 1~2 million the bank for my team. I think its healthy to do so for everyone. You don't have spend to win nor be a training guru. Training is not the only way to play BB it take many factors to be good in the game some of them out of managers control .Just take your time build arena ,save and learn some things.
build your own Kobe. LeBron James. yes your going to lack good player but when money come in from arena and you saving it going worth when you 1~2million every season. A lot top teams are not getting what I get, or have what I have in the bank and im not tanking. flipping , looking any easy routes or looking for new tax to keep my team on the edge for advantages over others in the training aspect of the game.... I had this team for 12 seasons the core of the 4 players have amassed me 16 million. 18 million when this season over. I'm sitting 5 million. And you can too.
Just take your time and be smart.

A lot top teams are not getting what I get, or have what I have
22 wins against bots in the regular season? (Though, to be fair, you get an advantage because they have to pay the non-human tax, which costs them their training and ability to set tactics).

Actually I have also 22-0 ... so tell me what you have and I don“t. And as I see it you have just one High-potential-Trainee , I guess I have more than you
@GM_hrudey: Do you know how hard it can be, to get 22-0 in a Bot-League ? Last time I was in Bott-hell, I failed. Just 21-1 and lost the first Cup-game vs. a Bot. You see Botania is quiet tough
