Trying to open for all teams that they really understand the importance of conference rank!
- There are 32 teams as conference #1
- And 32 teams as conference #2
- Also there will be in the end 32 league finalists
If all teams in finals are #1 or #2 then all of those will promote. No one from #3 or #4.
If someone from #3 or #4 will get into finals, then worst teams from #2 will not be promoted.
If all teams getting into finals are from #3 or #4, then none of #2 will be promoted and only league finalists and #1 will promote.
So now the question is only about #2 which is interesting. No one will be promoted from #3 or #4 if they will not get into finals. Also #2 is risky, because there will be several teams from #3 and #4 to getting into finals!
