Winning B3 is something I didn't expect was really possible, although I have a very nice team. The competition was very fierce this season with lots of teams who could win so the details really were important. I spend much more time preparing games than last B3 season(s) and learned a lot. My decisions all fell in place. And of course, because of differences being so small, you sometimes need some "luck" as well. I my opinion every B3 winner needs that. I noted the highest game ratings this season and it's very nice to see that paid off.

Congrats!

You had the balls, your hand didnt shook. In these situations (finals) usually there is not the team winning, but the team loosing..., chineese manager panicked and lost. Deciseviness and commitment won, you won in the consequence of all the time scouting and preparing to the games and because of mental strength. Nice job!

Looking at the salaries you pay, winning B3 would be fairly easy for you ;) And Dutch ATG Van der Zanden is ready for it.
