I trained my allstar to

11/12
12/12
13/10
13/11
9/10

113 skills, probably can squeeze few more skills in, end build should be

12/12
12/13
13/11
13/11
9/11

I guess pallstar can reach some 125 skills, maybe more if you really pump up SB

For all-around SF, what training should be given to the player first?

18 years old: OD + 1on1
19 years old: OD + 1on1
20 years old: OD + 1on1
21 years old: ID + IS
22 years old: ID + IS
23 years old: ID + JS
24 years old: SB + JS
25 years old: SB + Passing
26 years old: SB + Passing

Would it be too late to training SB at the age of 24~26?

Oh, how about rebounding? when should I give him rebounding training?

Probably secondary skills first, relative to height.

If he's 6'7 or so then whatever, I would just train the guy always balanced.

Actually, it doesn't matter if you first train primary or secondary skills, mathematically, you'll always get to the end result in the same amount of time.

Your plan sounds good, build up some OD and 1v1 first so he doesn't suck on defense, and has a bit of LI offense at least. Also, 1v1 then OD will give some good elastic effect.

Next year he'll be 24. How much more do you think I can squeeze and where?
