how did u get appointed just a few hours ago?

if it is 1 it hasnt but be very careful

I dropped my last player long before the deadline but is still one. Well i don't know what happened exactly with the former coach but because i was the next in line (I had put my candidacy right after him) i have benn appointed for the rest of the season until the next elections i suppose.

good stuff i was thinking of running again myself :D

good starting spot is look through this seasons draft

last seasons i did 4 u

then the 2 seasons before that

wont take that long & may find some gems

there is also a nt scouter program search the forums 4 it

yep i use the ntscout but it takes some time. only two 18 year olds have the potential to become really good players

I have a list of players with its abilities (I was the old coach of the senior national team) I can try to pass you the list if you need it ..

Ok my first search is complete. The criteria of my search were salary: at least 2500, potential: at least 5.

I won't lie to you, things are not looking good. Only 2 18 year old players have the potential to be part of the big NT. But i strongly believe with regular training will be great addings to Barbados squad.

I have already contacted their users and i would be glad to discuss with them the development plan of their players.
There are also some 19 year olds for whom there is still hope. (31372547), (30629942), (31372550), (31629772), (30400373). I will also contact their managers.

Some of the 20 year olds, like the ones that already have been called can be improved and help the team next season.

All this means that the focus for the Barbados users should be on scouting. That is my suggestion if we want to lay the foundations for competitive u21 NT and NT. Thanks for reading this

Unfortunately, although i did contact the users of our best players not to give them too much play time last week, the game shapes are not even close to what i was expecting. The upcoming game with Guatemala will be tough.
