Instead of thinking about defence tactics, shall we think of offense tactics to address this issue.

Let's try "Push the ball" to maximum your scores or try "Patient" to improve the FG% ...

PS: Meanwhile, let's keep training SB ...

SB isn't the only skill affecting the outcome of the opponents inside scores. We know that that Inside defense is the major skill which describes your ability to defend other players and SB alters the shooting percentage to a certain degree. But what use do we have of high ID and SB if many successful shots are made uncontested ?
Outside Defense on big guys is often highly neglected and it could further decrease your opponents shooting percentage.
High OD on big guys will give them higher chances to intercept passes and will force your rival a tougher shot or better a turnover.
Just keep this in mind;)

There's a lot of exaggeration about the dominance of LI, it's popular and easy to build for, not superior. I won 2 USA cups with less ID than your team has, with man to man and your typical offense (if you do in fact have the more talented team) you'll be fine.

Cosign what SM said. I remember a game a while ago when I was just starting up against a team that was dominant inside but bleh everywhere else. All I did was try to outscore them by playing Push the Ball and Man to Man. I did not even bother using 2-3 because I felt I could outscore them. So set your formation and pray for the best
