You seem very well qualified, and I'm sure you have some excellent ideas. If you didn't win, would you be prepared to be involved any way?

If I didn't win elections I wouldn't plan to work on regular post. Why?
1st reason: Because I never was regular worker even in my country, however I helped at least 4 NT/U21 coaches during their at least 7 cadences but it was different style of help (I describe it later).
2nd reason: Because it is better if regular scouts are from Japan, to learn work with NT.
So for example I don't plan to write as scout every Friday to owners of Japan players. But it doesn't mean that I can't or don't want. I can do that (and many times I did that in past) but only as NT coach, not as scout. If I write as NT coach owners feel more respect and take tips more seriously. If I write as scout then "value added" doesn't exist. So this job should be done by scout from Japan.

What I can do. I can show You few tools and ideas. I can do full research to find the best Japan players, segregate them by using few criterions and give tips how to train them. I can make script of database in which every user can update skills of his player automatically (by bb-login and bb-security-code). But it's one day job, not regular work.
I can help to set the best lineup and tactic for every match on every Friday after training if NT coach give me updated parametrs of all playsers, but it's easier to do it as NT coach.
I can give early bids for managers who want to buy Japan players because I have enough cash to buy every player in BB. However I will never train Japan players in my club (because I train only players born in my club, maybe if one of them would change nationality...).

It looks like 1001st Wolph's Conspiracy Theory, nothing new...
I checked 12 players with the highest salary in Japan NT roster. Half of them play in other countries, so it isn't cooperation only with 34 managers from Japan...
In Poland NT we don't have players with salary over ~250k...
I have no reason to sabotage Japan NT. We play on different continents... If you said Espana, maybe even USA - it could be real target (in theory) but Japan?
I don't have dirty money. I play nearly twice longer than you in BB and sum of my transfers is 3 times smaller than yours. I use tactic and manage skills, not trade and click skills.

You do have a reason to sabotage Japan, you HATE micronation players and you hate me. You are only doing this to attack me.

I seriously doubt this statement. I also seriously doubt that he would waste his time running for the NT just because of you. and I also seriously doubt he will win. So just let the election run it's course.
For someone who said they were going to stay out of the forums. You are doing a bad job of it. I would hate to see you banned or fined. I learned my lesson and you rarely see me post outside of the JBBL thread. Just an observation.

About tactics....would you say that you are a LI guy? I would like a manager that mixes it up a bit.
researching your team....these are you season 20 break down.. Offense: Look Inside 11, Motion 8, Base Offense 5, Patient 5, Push the Ball 3.......it seems like you mix it up a bit.

BTW.....The potential calculator you made a few seasons back was the goods.
and I know that you and I have had our issues in the forums before too. For me...you are running for the NT and that has nothing to do with forum wars for me. Good luck even though Taiyo will most likely win.

1. In Poland I heard the same things from older users and even former NT coaches. They said "B.B.King knows nothing about NT reality, his ideas will not work, blablabla". Nothing new for me, people are the same everywhere.
2. It is very known that if someone has different opinion than you then you always say that he attacked you. Even here. When I joined to election - it means I attacked you. When I watch TV - it means I attacked you. When you call me troll - it means I attacked you.
I agree - someone attacked other user in this topic...
