Would it be possible to add a second nationality search option when searching for a Utopian player in the transfer market?

And, the ASG week IS NOT equal for all team.

The game is not equal for all teams. (big nations vs micronations / big teams able to afford better infrastructures than smaller teams, having a tanking team in your conference vs no tanking team)

However, it's most often than not equal within your own league. For example, in your case, no other team in your league is playing in the Cup this week, thus noone else is playing 3 games this week.

I approciate your answer but I think, a manager online game must be more equal possible.
If my league is now equal the main problem still not resolve. Stronger, and lucky ones, in cup at this round have a benefit, and this is not good.
This argument is very very discussed in each seasion, which means the most of users is not agree with this ASG week.

Often I read "BB is a game not the real" and other time "BB must more follow the real".
Here I think we must use common sense. How professional team allows you to watch games for free?
Now, I don't say must be 4000 spectators , but some hundreds ....yes.

Just to keep things in context, we need to consider that you've been a beneficiary of the current design/format in 4 of the last 5 seasons, so since you're in the "winners" (but minority) column your "happy" must be taken with a "grain of salt". I'd be happy too if I constantly had an edge over the other guys. (But nothing against your personal success, just to be clear! The problem is with the "losers", not the "winners".)

I dare estimate that the majority of the users (regularly) posting are longer term users and, probably, most of them on the "winners" column too, while many of the newer users don't use/find the forum and/or are unaware of how things are actually working (myself included, until recently). So, "some users" is probably kind of tricky too.

Quite honestly, I just want(ed) to train and manage the team normally.
Developing the players and such (managing the team, cap, etc.) is part of the most fun for me.
I'm having an above expectations season (1 loss, so far), so I feel like I'm being penalized and thrown off course for no good reason (in my "gaming universe/league", so bear with me). Part of that success, I'm sure also comes from me managing my team "as well as I can", while others may have gambled (as you point out) and paid the price against me in previous weeks in particular games/situations.
That's why I don't really get the (positive) importance given to the double header cup games.
In my "tiny universe" that effect is already coming across in multiple previous weeks (cup and BBM, for example), without the doubleheader thing interfering (negative) with it, so why mess up with this single particular week? I can only assume that at the top, those variables/gambles are already in play every such week or so?
I do understand that my league/challenges are different from the top teams, so it's normal to have a different perspective and such but it's annoying and frustrating (and un-rewarding this particular time too) to feel like you can't really avoid this "interference"/issue.

If I'm understanding correctly, you're trying to bring more variables/randomness to the top teams competition, which I have nothing against. But, at the same time, aren't those same top teams getting further and further away from the bottom ones?
It's just one week but, in essence, those at the top (much stronger as they already are) will just have an extra game/training (and what comes with it) on the rest?
Just to make things clear, I also have nothing against the ASG itself, which seems normal to be part of the season.
It's what happens with the (eventual) double cup game that's the issue.
I doubt this would be possible but if the point is spicing up things up top, wouldn't it be possible for the bottom teams to have that game? Not that I want to be favored or anything, it's just that at the same time this might be a good thing for the top, it also can be a bad thing for the bottom.
I'm sure you guys have more info and experience to work/draw from than me so any solution will certainly come from over there, if possible. Just hoping things can somehow improve for everyone (it doesn't hurt to dream ).
