As for steaming stews, as mentioned, I'm afraid it'd become too much of an off-topic should I continue on that (on this thread).
But having gotten an easy bridge to another subject from those steaming stews, may I just state couple of things:
A) generally I do like to think before proposing something/proceeding into action/change something (and 'don't fix it if it ain't broken' is also a good philosophy) and sometimes I'm shy in proposing some ideas on forums that may never be actually implemented,
B) Having said that, I have plenty of ideas in terms of HGL (and HGL related things),
C) I do think we have and excellent community here in HGL,
D) What's a steaming (reindeer, or some other) stew without good company to enjoy it with?

Where am I getting into with this? I think community is one of the strong points of HGL.

One of my long term ideas for HGL - which I'm simultaneously eager and shy to propose, as financial constraints might prevent the actual implementation for me personally at least - would be to suggest 'an official HGL meet' for participating managers, taking place on certain intervals. That could be for instance in one of 4 Seasons or so.

Place could be changed from time to time, and possibly the person(s) living in HGL country in question ('hosting country') could be hosts/guides for visiting managers as they're local experts anyway. This way we would also end up visiting countries and/or cities where we possibly haven't been before... (And yes, we might be able to find the most delicious croissants with the help from demars, or with the help from Coach Faz, or WiMaOl, and so on - I'm sure everyone got my point).

Yes, like I mentioned, for financial reasons unfortunately likely only Finland as a meeting place would work for me currently, and I realize it's/it'd be very hard to make schedules work out for most managers simultaneously - but it's an idea worth exploring at some point I think. What kind of thoughts this (at least semi-off-topic) arises among other HGL managers, may I ask? :)

But for Santa Claus's sake, if you are not keen to cold weather and snow (I know you guys in Baltics are...), January might be "an interesting" time for some to visit Finland anyway... ;P
On the other hand, for some it might be even an interesting experience as I'm not sure it would be an everyday experience in most parts of Spain or Italy for instance. :)

I also wrote about that thought/idea to throw out an idea that doesn't have much concrete things planned around it yet, also to see how people would react to it.
As mentioned, I wish it would be easier for me to be more flexible in terms of meeting/hosting locations and such, but as mentioned, currently financial reasons restrict my traveling around Europe quite a bit.
(Hmm.... Someone might add, that if it only restricts my traveling in Europe, maybe we should have the first meeting in Uruguay then... xD)

Round 3 on Season 3 again offered us some treats in terms of close match and interesting box scores.

demars and LennuK. already provided us some analysis on their matches. As for Hårdboll's free throws - and I'm sure most of us would agree in addition to demars who was proving this yesterday - you'd need a huge choir singing Haleluja in chorus during free throws, if you'd have to settle for fouling Hårdbolls' players, they're really that good from the charity stripe.

Also VIV-RAJ (123-125) proved to be a very close call, reigning HGL bronze medalist Rajdersi was able to win this nail biter by 2 points. VIV made a prediction on RAJ's offensive focus, which was slightly off - I wonder how much this affected the match outcome, and was it even decisive factor? Of course one could find other differences between teams from the box score, but if we want to boil it down to one thing, that's one thing that could've affected the outcome.

LGM-LMS 104-89: While technically this wasn't a close match, couple of interesting observations.
First, teams were ice cold behind 3 point arc, combined of 2 out of 30 (6,7%!)! Hardly ever do you see as cold combined three point shooting in a match... LGM won rebounds by 10, mainly due to the fact that they won offensive rebounds 10-1. And while LGM only had 3 less FG attempts than LMS during match, they still had 45 (!) free throw attempts from the line, as opposed to "only" 20 by LGM.

KKS-VPO 76-109: While KKS lost this one, interesting thing in box score was that KKS had no less than 30 second chance attempts (while VPO's 16 wasn't bad either by any means)! But VPO held KKS at only 22,3% FG shooting, so that's what made the difference, in addition to their relentless defense overall, forcing KKS to 16 turnovers and allowing only to 9 assists.

ED-HB 95-100: Teams shot combined of 45/47 from the free throw line, which is 95,7%!

EOS-FRE 109-98: EOS beat FRE on the glass big time, taking the battle of offensive rebounds by 25 to 10 (total rebounds 58-41 to EOS), and acquiring 21 more FG attempts during match (while taking only 8 less free throw attempts during the match).

TRO-SUM 85-103: While SUM won quite comfortably, their percentages behind 3 point line were somewhat similar. On 2p FG's SUM on the other hand had a clear advantage (52,7 to 33,3%), and SUM's attacking flow was rated to 9, which is no wonder when you consider 30 out of their 78 FG's were assisted field goals (TRO at 11 out of 80, and attacking flow rating 5). TRO was dominating on offensive glass, having 18 second chance attempts against SUM's 8, and were also solid from the FT line (at 84%), but these weren't enough to make this a tight match.
EDIT: Incorrect 2p FG percentages on TRO-SUM, as I read shooting statistics "the European way" initially.

After a tough initial win against SUM, I (VIV) had a couple of disappointments. The one against RAJ is especially unfortunate, because I lost tactically, having made a heavy bet. Will have to be much better against such a strong opposition in the future!

It's interesting to see how high level of skill/powerful teams there are in HGL - at times nothing seems to come easy. You have such a high quality team yourself, and still almost nothing comes as guaranteed (well, I'd say it's a safe bet you'll reach Playoffs for sure, but you know what I mean), and that small things can have a decisive effect.

Personally I like that a lot, that you have to put in your best effort to secure wins (apart from my "regular BB league", into which this statement doesn't apply to, as for me that's survival from season to season in a wrong, more stressful way)...
I don't have information on how much that "betting" of yours cost, so it was just a pure guess (apart from reading couple of forum posts, which shed some light on probable effects of faulty guessing/betting) from me.

Guessing was reasonable from your side.

Apart from HGL, I must fight hard in II league after promotion.
I won one game so boycott for now is not a danger but need to fight in upcoming weeks .
They all just buy players if needed

On the other hand, my guess was too obvious That's why I lost.

And yeah, the II league is often brutal. Lots of really strong teams, especially in stronger nations.

Just a few words about BBM Tournament.
Les Gueux du Marais & WimaOlca & my team are all in the same tier, and we all began by 2 wins.
