Perhaps you can consider creating some roles and responsibilities? If some of us do a little bit, it will reduce the workload, particularly around this time prior to the new season...

As for checking the times/dates, how about we divide it up? If there is anyone else who wants to chip in, we could make that job quicker and easier.

Three people checking 5 teams each, for example, would ease your pain.

We can do that if there are people ready to jump in to help. But it's something that needs to be done carefully.

Checking out every match in every teams' schedule and also reporting and keeping a log about mistakes and and missing links, and whether they have been corrected at the end is a lot of work especially at the time when you don't seem to have time for anything. Especially when you have to fight with BB text editor "specialities" (problems).

I can proceed now to add match links without first checking each and every link from all teams box score. If nobody has done it before I finish my link project, then I'll start working on that afterwards.

EDIT: I can not believe this BS BB-text editor. If you check out schedule post 2/2 now you can see my point.
Whenever I go to edit that post, it shows up as it is supposed to, and does also when I press preview, and then also after I send it again, it also shows up normally (only that text is bolded what's intended).
However, when I go to next page of thread and come back, all text seems to be bolded. Nice one, BB. Does anyone know what this is all about? It would make sense to see it totally bolded after sending it again (after editing), if there would be problem with usage of [ /b].

EDIT #2: Also checked the amount of [ /b] and [ b], both 109 in that post, so that doesn't explain the problem to me either..

EDIT #3: Another problem, not first time to appear, but in the case of this post it's critical.
Schedule post 1/2 seemed fine so far, but now that I added match link to first match of the league WAG-TRO, it bolded ALL text in post before that and 3 matches below that first one. Other text below that seems to stay unaffected. Who knows what happens if I add more links.
Does sound super logical, yes? I just absolutely love to F around with these useless 90's style text editors... any tips how to solve this easily are appreciated.

EDIT #4: One solution seems to be available, even though it's ridiculous having to do it that way.
First posts shows almost normally (almost correctly bolded), but when I go away and click myself back to scores thread and scroll down, then for RS Rounds 4-15 everything shows bolded.

BUT workaround is this: click the link of the post on the title line of the post, in this case this number: 327517.6 . This takes you to to a page where that post will be first one on the page. And at least for me it shows post 2/2 correctly bolded that way, but it's utterly ridiculous having to try to find such workarounds.

Update on pre-season process:
I added all match links to official scores thread, but please note that I didn't yet check almost any of the match specs (correct time and day; 1 match of Swan River Serpents is due to known problems accepted to be played 55 minutes before the official HGL match time) from every teams' own box score posts, so for now I basically trusted match specs are ok and that needs to be verified at later time.

If you have not sent all challenges for Season 2 yet, and league schedule seems to you as completely bolded, see workaround from my previous post, on EDIT #4, here: (327516.41).

If you want to go through teams box score posts (to verify match specs are correct), you may do so voluntarily to help with the pre-season process. Nothing is required of anyone (of any "regular manager") though. But if you will participate in that project, please do the work carefully to avoid mistakes in inspection process.

I went through almost all of them last night and didn't find a single issue. Would be great if others did this too. It is easy to make mistakes. However, it is looking good, Wagner.

Please let me know if you have any Championships that you have won as a 100% HG team, and I will add them to the records.

I won BiH League II 4 times as a HG team, in seasons 57, 59, 61 and 64.

Thank you for your help, MrJ and LennuK., that's appreciated!
Like you mentioned, it is easy to make mistakes, so it is always positive thing to have another pair (or two) of eyes to go through such a lengthy list.

Only few entries missing in box score posts, which sort of prevents me of giving 'good to go'-status for some teams in this post in which I follow the progress of pre-season process, here: (327516.16).
Please note, that I'm just in a process of verifying every teams own box score posts, so some of you of course would already deserve to be marked as 'good to go' (*GTG*) for Season 2.

@everyone with not completely completed box score post:
1. Please check your post if it has a link on every Round of Regular Season - if not, add a match link!
2. Please check team names - if for instance you have for example BUC (Buckner Bandits) written in your box score post, please correct them (for example BUC>SRS).
3. @WiMaOlCa: I know your box score post is delayed this season, and that has been accepted (and approximate schedule discussed about). However, as a one more reminder: when you´ll have time, please create the post.

Update on pre-season verification process:

As for the actual schedule (for which match links were copied from teams' own box score posts), I still didn't run a check whether all league schedules matches are at correct time, but I´d intuitively want to trust a check ran by LennuK. and by MrJ (MrJ also checked schedule, or most of matches anyway).
What I also didn't do this season is check out methodically each and every entry for correct days in each team box score (by comparing it to official match days for S2), however I didn't at least notice any faulty days (which could only be produced by manager editing my box score post accidentally or intentionally in wrong way after copy-pasting it to his own post).

Almost all box score posts of teams have now been verified to be correct, and therefore good to go for Season 2.

Required actions in terms of teams' own box score posts::
- WiMaOlCa; missing box score post (known issue, will be sent to Scores Thread before Season 2 starts)

Please note that all match links have now been added to the schedule, so in that sense we're good to go, and nothing will stop Season 2 starting in time.

EDIT: Edited pre-season post to reflect recent situation, here: (327516.16)

Thanks for pointing it out, a small oversight from my side, but I now corrected it.

Very small indeed, but luckily easy and fast to correct so thanks for doing it!
