Well actually I was the one to recommend that kind of training for him when I was a NTM. Different tactics need different skill set. At that time India was kind of a outside team and we needed inside mono-skilled giants to compete. His inside shoot was around 18-19 that time!
About training sometimes you have to compromise to 90% to save an important game.

Those high numbers sound like 2 to 3 years of biased training to me.
But my this years draft pick is very interesting tho :-
Prominent Jump shot and Rebounding.
Strong Jump Range.
OD-Mediocre and ID is inept. Need to train that.
Passing is mediocre.
Handling and driving are popping its at average now.
Shot blocking is at 3.
Hes 6 foot 9, Sounds like todays Ben Simmons with a jump shot (if passing improves) or Joshua Jackson from KU,
What position do you think he will eventually fit in?

I understand too cause i saw he had like Inside defense 19, Inside shot 16 and rebounding around 16 too.
But would you recommend making a big man like that.

No, I don´t like players like that. Either you build a complete defensive player or you go "more" for Offense. A defensive Big Men without adequate Blocking has no value and can be taken out bei IS 20 all night long. But in general I prefer mor offensive player

As an offensive Player I would build him like that: (http://i.imgur.com/Eap2Nje.png)

Sorry to saw, but I don´t know who i like less: The guy buying a 35y player for 1 mio or the skills of the player? Outside skills are virtually not existing. And that´s the reason, why i don´t nominated him. Monoskill-Monster are a no-go, at least for me. Players like that make a team unflexible. Which I don´t like.

Thats impossible to build.
Mainly because hall of fame players arent so common and he has to be like 18 with around 50 to 55 with around 30 outside skills already becuase with a six foot 11 you cant train it too high considering you are raising the insides to 16+.
Plus the draft sucks these days, this years draft there were ZERO players having all time great/hall of fame potential.
But why relatively low rebounding tho.

I would decide his position most likely from his size, except the skills are really clear towards something else.
With 6`9 I would go for a PF or and Inside SF

Yes! Based on Size ,JS and rebounding alone hes a very valid stretch 4 option.

But he has good passing and i will build on his handling too, most likely an outside small forward or Secondary poit guard/shooting guard.
Maybe i will know after two seasons of training
