It shows 22nd for you because of timezones, for me its 23rd since its scheduled at 00:30, probably 23:30 for you. But still doesnt explain why there is no for 24th, would be great if you could forward to someone else to look into it, im sure im not the only one affected by it.

The update is, as you've correctly suspected, missing. It failed with two other updates. The cause has been identified and fixed, and the update was run now, so the dates still might be a bit wonky but the number of updates will be correct at least.
