I see, that's what I thought to be the situation...
Same with me, 14 out of 15 ready.
Maybe we're reaching the point, that if someone is still short of seeing full 15 matches in their team schedule, they can start sending BBMail as a reminder to managers, who have still not send them challenges. I might wait for 1-2 more days (to receive a lacking challenge), but we're getting closer to beginning so we should not wait until it's too late.
Of course, if it's not your first round game on April 7th that is still missing, it could be corrected later.
But it's an important and sound principle to stick with certain protocols, and arranging everything before regular season starts is one of them in my opinion.

Speaking of rules and principles, we all participating managers need to create a single box score links post before Season 1 starts - if you have been reading this and other HGL threads, you have seen 2 instructional posts (written by me) about it.

That's right, time flies so fast!
There are still some matches to be reorganized (for instance Deano25 has problems with his schedule on wrong match times on several cases (3 hours off) as mentioned before, and as an additional note his schedule isn't correct at least for Rounds 9 and 10 - wrong opponents on those rounds). Also, Heywood and Svätý have different PU matches linked for the same day on Round 11.
Having found these kind of things makes me err on the safe side, and I have thought it's not enough to check that only time is correct, but also that it is actually a correct match played on correct day. All this preliminary work is way more arduous project than I anticipated, but at least it will (supposedly/hopefully) be somewhat easier to do for coming seasons of HGL!

I'll try to get checking out these schedules done today, and provide additional instruction about the need for organizing some matches again, likely here on this thread.

But @Deano25: When you look at your BB schedule, what Pickup match start times do you see, so that I get an idea what would be the correct time for you when you will resend some PU challenges?
Against Svätý, your time is incorrect on your schedule on match (133878975).
In Svätý's schedule Round 11 match against you is at correct time, 15.30 EET DST: (133878673).
So first, you need to change that Hadar's match link to your schedule.
So how you see this later one of your challenges against Svätý (on R11) should probably give you likely the correct designated time for sending those challenges.
You can send one challenge as 'a cautious test' first (with that assumed correct time) on one of your earlier starting matches (12.30PM EET DST) that you need to reschedule anyway, and then when that gets accepted, send me a link here on this forum so I'll check and comment that time in it is okay, after which you can proceed to correct all your other matches that start 12.30PM EET DST instead of 03.30PM EET DST.
Also, like mentioned, it will be necessary to check your schedule as it is not correct for rounds 9 and 10 - wrong opponent.

I understand that you really want games to be perfect and I fully appreciate the effort you have put in to make that happen, Wagner. However, in this instance, given that we only have days left (and so that Deano25 doesn't have to waste additional tokens) can we accept the PU games he has organised this time round? After all, we knew there would be things happening here and there prior to getting the first HGL up and running.

I know too well given the team cost I just paid (losing 2 trainee stars). However, my mistake is unacceptable and had to be fixed. Deano25's mistake isn't as huge as mine and, I would argue, probably one we could overlook this once?

I think we are all well aware now that there are rules, we have had issues and resolved them, and that Season 2 should occur without any issues.

The fact that we can show our PU games (their link) and Deano25 has locked in given times, there is now no room for any manipulation (not the kind, Wagner, that you were aiming to prevent).

These are just my thoughts, but with 5 days to go, and with pretty much all games locked in now, is it worth having Deano25 spend more tokens???

I just sent some added instructions here on this thread (you replied to my message before seeing the edited post) on how to proceed on Deano's case. Yes, I think we want to strive for a great result.

That doesn't mean everything has to be perfect and as I've said, I will likely let 1 hour off-type of situations be, especially as it's perfectly possible that it's due to my mistake in the case of US teams.

However, 3 hours off is more than I want to see here (tolerance being 1 hour), and if I checked correctly, there are only 6 matches starting at 12.30 EET DST that he has to reschedule (remember, Svätÿ's link can be used for R11). For Deano I think it means 6 extra tokens. I think he was also one of the volunteers so he does likely have plenty of tokens, and being supporter he receives 2 new ones per week(?) which is already double than many of us, and will be replaced in 3 weeks fully. And like you know, not all his matches are at the wrong time.

I have not checked out all HGL matches yet, to see if there are other more than 1 hour off-situations.

I agree with MrJ for accepting the few wrong time games for season 1. As long as dates and opponents are the good ones.

Well, I disagree on this one.
Now that I rechecked, it should be only 6 Heywood's matches that start at 12.30PM EET DST, that have no challenge at correct time available (remember, for R11 they can use link on Svätý's schedule which is already at correct time).

I agree on accepting games for Season 1 that are 1 hour off at most.
