Your ratings are better then him, simply means if you both had same et. and if you both played at same effort level, you would have won or you would have won even with difference of 1 in effort level, but here is difference of 2 in effort level and he is also having home court advantage.
PP 100 means if your player took 100 shoots how many will be in, but if your player make 2/8 doesn't mean that ratings are wrong, maybe your player can in rest of his all shoots taken.

First off, I noticed that you ran a 3-2 against his PTB. Since you threw an outside-oriented zone at them, they decided to focus their scoring inside (that's what neutral offenses usually do against zones). Were there a good amount of inside shots/drives/assists down in the paint?

Another reason why you lost is because of the amount of fouls you had (25) and the amount of fouls your opponent had (10). Next, the number of FTs your team attempted (10), and the number of FTs your opponent shot (38). These are recipes for disaster.

A final thing I can find is your PPG 100 at the PG position. You only got a 64.8 there, which shows that your PGs had difficulty making shots.

Those are the things that stand out to me in the box score.

Pretty much because of the free throws your opponent was awarded.

Yes, i were looking for some insights, maybe wrong tactics that caused too many fouls, or something like that.

Mostly you lost because you couldn't contain Soler. He controlled the flow of the game on both sides of the ball for the entire first half. Sadly, not much you can do against a guy with 1mil DMI. You did have a depth advantage but slowing the game down with LP and a zone didn't push his starters at all.

When you're trying to avoid a PG like Soler or your team has lower flow, speed up the game, play Man and a higher paced offense, move your best OD/H defender to guard him.

The 5 fouls on your SF Large was a problem. He's always aggressive anyway. Sometimes low Experience or Handling skills much lower than his opponent is the problem. Sometimes low ID if they have high Driving skills. Is his OD above Mediocre? I'd start with him if you're looking to upgrade a guy before the finals. Maybe get lucky and find a pure defender with 8-12 on both defenses, 8 handling, 8 passing, 8 rebounding. doesn't matter what his shooting is as long as you can afford it.

Effort should have been close for both teams so thats probably not the reason. Road games just suck.
