I wouldn't change current staff members if they still want to be part of the team, and that goes for Falke as well. I'm hoping he would help me since he knows a lot about the current and upcoming NT players, especially their training plan.
If he were planning to run again in the next elections, I would want to share with him any decisions about the roster and the tactics that I make. And I would listen to any ideas that he may has, of course. It could benefit both of us.
In case of poor results, which imo is Germany not qualifying for the next round of the European Tournament, I would be the only one to blame, not Falke or anyone else. In case of good results, like winning a medal, it wouldn't be my success, but the success of everyone involved with the NT, starting from managers who have trained these players and maintained their game shape.
In other words, I think NT manager is the last piece of the machine. If it's a wrong piece, and it doesn't allow other pieces to function at their best, then it should be corrected. But if it's a right piece, then the entire machine should be praised, not just that one piece. Only time can tell who atm is a better piece for the German machine.
I'd be surprised if I get elected, so as for your other question, I wouldn't mind helping if I lose as well. But, I'm not sure how much of a help I can be in that case.
