Why do you want to manage U21 here. It's a small region and barely 50% teams are training

Well, thats a good question limpehuat, i like challenges and hard things
if 50% of players train players i want to increase these number at finish my work to 75% o more

I will help all managers in his training process and his benefits with examples all over the world.
