Not all skills take height as a factor. Passing, JS are examples of this system. They are both trained to the same rate no matter what your height is.

Bigger week for me with 4 players popping. Now on 5 pops out of 42 players*weeks.

When my players start getting their second pops I can start to post times between pops by player, but in the meantime tracking the pops on a team level is the best method we've got.
