1/3 income of a gigantic arena + one extra game to train players and the fan satisfaction the following year make the playoffs worth a few cash losses imo.

It's been a long time I've started guessing the final results and I came up with your current rankings 3 games ago. However, now I have to take something else into consideration: some teams will give up and spare enthusiasm in order to get more chances in the relegation series. Some teams will try to avoid each other and lose on purpose. Your rankings show what should happen based only on the teams' performances, but now it's time to start mind games.

On another note, Chucky is a bummer and SBV is making stupid moves. GT will most likely be the strongest team next season, depending on who relegates. I heard D3 teams are praying not to land in our division!

What do you mean by "a bummer"?

Valid question?

Perhaps a translation error on his behalf.

So whats the plan my fellow III.4 combatant, are you going to throw this next game against Saintstars and brace your team for a fight against the Jerries or are you still aiming for finals glory?

I do I agree with PNR on SBV.

Judging on their recent transactions they seem to have lost a bit of purpose.

Err sorry, I thought "bummer" means something like "unlucky"... but obviously I've messed up somewhere. I gotta go back to OZ and not forget what I've learned in this awesome country!

Oh, and has anybody found anything decent in the draft?

Big Win for DAS with a 600k profit on the sale of Slaughter. Moving Slaughter on for just over $2m could put him in a nice position for a couple of late moves as the finals approach.

The Playoff race is starting to get more interesting by the week.

I'm not training anyone in weird positions and the only other game is a scrimmage. There's still an off-chance that I can avoid a relegation series so until I'm sure of where I'll be, no point in throwing anything.

HA has gone into preparation mode for the playoffs, and is conserving game shape as he has chosen to rest his $100k pg against PNR, while electing to start 3 players with salaries under $4k while bringing his better players off the bench. PNR has now got a glimmer of hope to make the playoffs. If he can win this game, he should take the game against BT and leapfrog MR who will likely go down to HA in the following game. However, BT and SVM look set to join EGG on 11 W 10 L if the current margins remain, while MR and PNR will sit in 3rd and 4th with one round to go!

Started 3 scrubs and played my small forward as a point gaurd.

I owe the win to one of my scrubs getting fouled off.

Will PeaceNRoll regather and prepare for playoffs or will they roll the dice

Point difference could be a factor

My boys nearly got rolled by BT after leading by 16pts mid way through the 2nd quarter before Peneda (my leading rebounder) was crunched and missed the remainder of the game. For the remainder of the game my boys were belted on the glass and held on thanks to some decent shooting.

One more week to go, and it'll be interesting to see what happens. Every team from 3-7 could be in the final 4.
