The second one probably will have better skills, more balance, but if you want sell or training in a lorng term potencial is more important. And stat are important but not by itself, is more data to analize, and extra.
I prefer a well balance super star than a pure hard center with historical potential, but this is an extreme case, and you don't know if that 4 potential will be super star or only franchise.
