I'd say no. He's likely training at less than 10% of when he was 18. You could get a pop or two if there are some high sub-levels but I wouldn't expect much.

I would not train that guy. Usually I look for 18 y/os with star-perennial potential for cheap after the draft when I'm looking for a trainee.

He needs more stamina and free throws ... so in a way, yes he should be trained more. But only on the team skills, not the individual skills.
