Since you are tanking, and next season you will be in D5, I advise you to take the opportunity to train their guard skills, or secondaries, as some people call it. I recommend using the rest of this season, and part of next season to train OD and PA, along with 1v1 Forwards until they reach inept in each skill. If you decide to continue training their secondaries, I would try to get JS/HA/DR to average, and OD/PA if you can get around to it.

After you choose to finish training guard skills, you can move onto their primaries (IS/ID/REB), and SB, if you like.

By doing this, if you sell them, they look better to other users and will sell for more money. On the other hand, if you keep them long-term, they will perform better than their salary indicates. Good luck!

Definitely start by training the secondary skills, PA and OD. These are hard to train because you need to play your PF/C trainees at guard, but since you're tanking that wouldn't matter. You'll be real glad to get that out of the way as soon as possible. It's great that the first 2 guys already have 6-7 OD, so I'd train that to 9-10. And then passing until nr 2 is at 7 and nr 1 is at 9. Train some 1v1 forwards every now and then to keep HA/DR on the same level as OD and PA.

Then when OD/PA/HA/DR are around 7-9, start training inside skills the way you like it. Starting with ID is a smart thing to do.
