I’m not sure how I could possibly come up with other examples. I wasn’t watching any other players at that moment.
Surely my multiple forum posts and timing of those posts is evidence enough that this player was one of those effected. Thanks

While I'm inclined to believe you, I cannot act on that alone. The data suggests otherwise and sadly, I think we're going to have to let this one go. I'll keep looking at the data and try to find some other evidence.

Please see this link showing forum post I made nearly immediately
Player was due to sell at 15:29 my local time
My local and BB clock time were roughly 15:11.
I really appeal to you to see that this has been part of the glitch. My forum post is surely evidence as well as today’s glitch
Thanks

As I suspected, this whole mess was somehow triggered by the Daylight Savings Time change in the US, where our servers reside. At 3AM EST, the clock changed to 4AM in the US, instantly running transfers for all players with auctions ending during that hour, including this player. While the player was affected negatively by this fact, his auction would have ended half an hour later than it did. This is nothing out of the ordinary, it happens every year when US switches and the rest of the world doesn't.
The bug that affected others a couple of hours after that was much severe and while probably triggered by the change, it definitely needed fixing and undoing the transfers that already ran.
I agree that this doesn't seem fair, so I'm open to suggestions on possible solutions.

Thanks Marin.
I thought the US time had something to do with it.
Given the overall glitch level, surely the only fair solution is to re open the auction for this player as has been done for other effected players? An extra 24hrs from the original sell time?
Thanks!

As I said, the player was not affected by the glitch that affected most other auctions, but by something that happens every year. Because of this difference, the same fix has not been applied. I'll discuss this with my colleagues and decide.

Thanks Marin.
Fact is his auction ended earlier than it was supposed to, due to a time zone glitch that apparently led to a wider problem.
That his auction finished prematurely due to a time change and not allowing bids to the end of auction I hope will lead to the right decision.
Thanks again.

Hi Marin,
Did you and colleagues reach an agreement?
If the transfer is to be reset obviously the sooner the better for everyone.
I have been very disadvantaged by this time change and early auction finish and wider glitch.
Thanks.
